Providing Homes And Life Skill Services For Young People With A Diagnosed Care Need
Our organisation is deeply committed to safeguarding and enhancing the welfare of the children and youth we serve. All our hiring managers undergo comprehensive training in safer recruitment practices to ensure the highest safety standards.
At Harmonia Premier Care, our integrated approach ensures placement stability, successful outcomes, and the experience to make a real difference in young people's lives. We are motivated by the opportunity to change and save lives. Whether you want to place a young person with us or advance your career in the children's residential sector, please reach out.

After extensive research and feedback, it's clear that adolescents requiring residential care and support lack adequate provision. We provide an innovative placement solution for children aged 8-18 with complex behaviour, trauma, and challenging experiences. Many have had multiple placement breakdowns, emotional abuse, and struggle to form positive relationships due to their history.

Our primary objective is to provide essential support and guidance to foster confidence and hope in children and young people. Our aim is to cultivate in them a belief in a brighter and more promising future. This exceptional initiative presents a distinctive opportunity for you to contribute to this noble cause and play an integral role in shaping a better tomorrow for these individuals.

Our goals and principles are to address individuals' immediate needs, wishes, and emotions, and to provide secure housing and expert interventions for the most vulnerable. We aim to enhance the lives of children and young people and strive for positive outcomes.
